“ Happen to randomly find this gem! Being a Hyderabadi, I was super skeptical of how close the food would taste to authentic Hyderabadi flavors. In the end, this place has not disappointed. We got Lemon soda, Apollo fish and Ghee roast mutton biryani. All 3 orders were amazingly delicious. If you happen to be in the area and crave for Hyderabadi Biryani, this is the place to be! Highly recommended Restrooms were clean and overall ambiance was average at best. Update 1: We later had Goat Dum Biryani and Chilli Chicken. Both were pretty average. For some reason, the rice was not cooked thoroughly and the chilli chicken had no spice at all. Totally disappointed for a repeat customer! Update 2: It appears their Ghee Roast Mutton Biryani is the biryani to eat at this place! Amazing taste consistent with our first try. Also, ordered the Goat Haleem which was very average at best. ”
“ Ordered the chicken curry with biryani and it was really good. Garlic naan was full of flavor. Also got their lamb special (picture below) and it was okay. Sadly it took 30 mins to come out. I prefer the chicken curry instead as the lamb meat wasn’t as tender. Unfortunately I got a chicken dum biryani and it was 95% rice. Hardly any chicken and it was disappointing. ”
“ Amazing amazing food. The Mandi biryani, garlic naan and chicken curry was to die for! Definitely coming back again! . The flavors and the spices were perfect ”
“ Apollo Fish was very tasty. Chicken 65 Biryani and Mandi biryani were also good. Haleem could have been better. Naveen took our order and served us. He was thorough with the menu and dishes, polite and respectful. ”
“ We were the first customers and we noticed most customers do take out. Service is quick. We ordered mutton and chicken biryanis and samosas and did not wait too long for our orders to come. Portions are sufficient. Biryani is just ok. Samosas are good. ”
“ Food was very tasty , biryanis were so good must try 65 mandi. Prices were very affordable. Service was excellent. ”
“ I went to this restaurant with zero expectations after seeing some negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the fry piece chicken biryani (medium spice—I don’t usually eat spicy, but you can adjust it to your preference), and I absolutely loved it. For the first time in the U.S., I felt like I was eating an authentic Hyderabadi wali dum biryani. Also tried veg paneer and Gongura paneer, they were both good too! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Definitely a must-try for biryani lovers! ”
“ Simple menu, accessible offerings without too many regional specialties but it was fast and convenient on door dash. Great to have so many local Indian offerings and interesting to see the different takes each place has on the same dishes. Curry home forces a choice of rice or naan with their entrees which is great because I sometimes assume dishes will come with rice and am disappointed at home when it doesn't have any. They don't have a physical location and operate "ghost kitchen" style, probably out of a restaurant we know locally. Lentils Dal: I love this so much, lentils, cumin, ginger, turmeric, and cardamom. A vegetarian dish thats like soul food to me that I would choose over a meat based stew any day. Had a nice clean taste and I wish I ordered two of them. Tasted great by itself or with naan dipped in. Butter Chicken: For the wife, it had bits of chopped greens in it that gave it a more appetizing appearance than just butter chicken sauce and chicken. Had a spicier kick than normal which we enjoyed. Both entrees were slightly more watery than normal but thickened over time. Both also came super, super hot and the containers were a bit warped. ”
“ We were craving curry and stumbled upon Curry Home on Door Dash. There was a wide selection of curries to choose from as well as sweets such as mango lassi! We ordered the chicken vindaloo (spicy) and the chicken tikka masala (medium spicy). Each entree was $13-$15 which was not terrible. The food took about 45 minutes to arrive despite the estimated wait time of 20 minutes. It seems Curry Home does take longer than expected so be prepared for a small wait before you get your food. Upon getting our food at the front door, we were impressed with the packaging. Neat and organized packaging of the curry along with the naan. We thoroughly enjoyed both curries. The chicken vindaloo had a nice kick to it. The chicken was still on the bones, but very flavorful. There's a subtle tomato paste taste to it to balance the spices. The potatoes could have been cooked a little longer as they were still a bit firm. The chicken tikka masala was very delicious. It was nice and creamy with chicken that was soft and well-marinated. I would highly recommend this place to satisfy your curry cravings especially if you want to dine-in at home and avoid crowds. ”
